On a trip to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park, we stayed in a Moab. We picked a motel there for two nights because it is just 10 minutes down the road from Arches National Park and 40 minutes from Canyonlands – Island in the Sky. We spent most of our time at the parks, but we did make a little time to see what the city had to offer.
Our first night there we ate at the Moab Brewery. It was alright to be honest, but I’d only recommend it if trying some of the beer is a bucket list item for you. Our second dinner place though… fire. Antica Forma was delicious. We started with the Caprese appetizer; it is made with homemade mozzarella. Then we tried two pizzas, the Pistachio (one of their most popular) made with a pistachio pesto, and the Antica Forma. They were AMAZING. We finished with a desert that I cannot remember the name of but it was like funnel cake with strawberries, powdered sugar and chocolate sauce, again AMAZING.
I would 100% return to Moab to do a little more eating in the city and a few more hikes, but for now this was a good start.
